折腾了一个多月，上次扭伤的右脚和由此连累到的左脚左肩终于有了好转的迹象。以前真还不太信中医，不过这次久病乱投医，在去了物理治疗中心3个星期都没有明显好转后，决定去试试中医。还真不错，人家老先生扎了几针（针灸），把脚上上了些草药，开了补血顺气的中药，并要求我平时清淡饮食，这才两天，还真管用！左脚和左肩都疼得小很多了，走路都基本恢复正常姿势了。虽然这中药真不是一般的苦，不过只要管用，苦也高兴啊！

 

前几日早上公司同事发给我一篇“每日箴言”，是关于我们妻子伟大的，如下：

为了让老公回家再多干点活，我把上面的文字转发给了老公。下午老公发了邮件过来，把上面的文字改编为关于丈夫伟大的表述。哎，老公太有才了！
